I love the idea
With its offline functionality, I can scan text in 48 languages without the need for Wi-Fi. The OCR (optical character recognition) function is impressive, so I can scan documents and convert them into editable text quickly. I also like the text-to-speech feature, which reads text aloud, helping me better understand instructions that aren't in my language or foreign books and magazines. Really practical and powerful!
A small, lightweight tool, supplied in a protective hard case so you can take it anywhere, it offers a number of useful functions, particularly when travelling, for scanning and translating texts in 16 languages, including the main European languages, Mandarin, Japanese and Russian... and all this on its own, without a connection. More basically, it can be used to scan and then store documents on a smartphone or computer (using a Bluetooth connection via an app or a USB cable). Scanning is done quite well by holding the pen as vertically as possible and adopting a constant scrolling speed.

The perfect translator pen
The pen-shaped translator is really effective for translating all kinds of image documents or media. Its IPS quality screen is really brilliant and very easy to read. It has lots of functions and I really like the fact that it's not connected, the dictionaries it includes are very comprehensive and the 16-language translators are really effective. What's more, it's very light and has a long-lasting battery, so I can't recommend it highly enough.

Great tool
This pen scanner from IRISPen 8 is really great. It comes with a pouch and a USB-C cable. It has a very long battery life - several days - and no need for WiFi, it translates offline. This little scanner is very practical, quickly translating documents and texts in 16 languages. Very handy when you're travelling abroad and only speak French, this scanner is capable of recognising 48 OCR languages. It works with PC, IOS and ANDROID. What's more, Readiris PDF software is included to transform files into PDFs.

Brilliant, very easy to use, very practical, lots of different functions and scan camera
I love this translator pen. As I'm learning several foreign languages, it's really handy. It's also well thought out for dyslexic students, but for me it's the linguistic side that appeals. So I show all the features in the video, so I'll keep it short here. The positive points are numerous: very simple to use by following the bar on the glass plate, wide view with the camera, possibility of hearing a reading of the scanned text, a host of languages recognised (with variations depending on the features)

Highly effective offline translation
I'm pleasantly surprised by the scanner pen. It saves me a lot of time when translating documents. I really appreciate the fact that this scanner pen is not connected to the internet, allowing me to scan documents without the risk of my data being broadcast on the internet. It's practical to carry around with its bag, which fits perfectly into a trouser pocket. It can be connected to Bluetooth via the Irispen air 8 IOS/Android application. It's good value for money. Translation without using the internet.
