My Payment

1. Which credit card do you accept?
Our secure online payment system accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Dinners Club.

2. My credit card is rejected. There are several reasons why a credit card payment can be refused :
  • The credit card used must be either Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Dinners club. Debit card payments are not supported.
  • Wrong number, expiry date or CVC, mispelled name...
  • Not enough credits on the card.
  • Depending on your card, you can be redirected to your bank website to confirm the payment.
    Usually, a password or similar must be entered to ensure that you are the rightful owner of the card.
    Failing to do so, can lead to payment refusal.
    Any problems in this step should be dealt with your bank directly.

3. I am getting an Error Message when placing my order

Please make sure that you respect the order process as shown below : We advise our customers to use either Internet Explorer/Firefox/Safari to place their orders.

USA/ Canada
- Click on "Buy now" button
- Choose your country, state.
- Choose the quantity of product needed, by clicking on the “+”.
- Choose delivery method for each products : Download (Link sent by email) - UPS/Fedex shipping (Boxed version).
- Proceed to check out.
- Fill up the form with your information.
- Continue checkout.
- Choose payment method :

Enter your credit card information (Amex, Visa, MasterCard).
Make sure to enter the correct information : card’s holder name, number, CVC code, expiry date etc..
If the expiry date is refused , make sure to remove any spaces in the card number. It should be “xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”
and not “xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx” (x= number).
An email with a form to fill up will be sent to you shortly after.
Fill it up and send it back to us by fax to complete the payment.

- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the payment is confirmed.

- Choose your country, currency (if applicable).
- Choose the quantity of product needed, by clicking on the “+”.
- Choose delivery method for each products : Download (Link sent by email) - DHL shipping (Boxed version).
- Proceed to check out.
- Fill up the form with your information.
- Continue checkout.

Once you have sent the payment via your bank, it will take between 2 & 4 days to be processed.

4. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 7 days.

5. Are all my credit card details confidential?
Yes. Any data you enter is encrypted using the SSL Protocol, protecting it against disclosure to third parties. The Padlock in the lower right hand (Internet Explorer), left hand (Netscape) corner of your browser indicates that SSL encryption is activated. You can also tell that the page is protected if the URL displayed in the address bar begins with "https:".

My Order

1. My order confirmation contains incorrect information (name, billing, shipping information, VAT numbers, etc.), how do I correct them?
Contact us as soon as possible so we can correct any mistakes that would prevent proper delivery of your product(s).

2. Can I cancel my order?
- IRIS offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Once orders are picked, they can no longer be cancelled. Visit the return section for instructions.

3. Can I modify my order?
- If you have purchased a downloadable product, your order can not be modified. Visit the return section for instructions.

5. Can I order by FAX
Yes. Fill out this fax order form.

6. Can I order by WIRE TRANSFER?
Yes (except for North, Central and South America). For all other countries, print the payment information document at the end of the ordering process, once the payment is received, the product will be sent to you.

7.When do I receive my invoice?
An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail within 48 hours after your order has been picked up by the carrier (upon request only for North, South and Central America).

My Download

1. I have placed an order with download delivery. What do I do next?
Once you finalize your purchase, and within 1 hour at the most, you will receive an email confirmation containing both a link to download the software and a serial number to activate it. Be sure to keep your confirmation email should you need to download the software again in the future.

2. I cannot find my serial number
Your serial number is located directly in the email confirmation you received when you purchased your product.

3. I am not able to download my product

Refer to the email confirmation to access the link to download your product. Be sure to copy and paste the entire link into your web browser if you choose to do so to download your software.

4. Can I re-download my product if the first process failed?

Yes, indeed. Simply click on the link from your order confirmation again. We strongly advise to download and save the software locally so you do not need to download the software again at a later date.

5. Is it possible to get a Back-up CD of my download?
We do not currently offer Back-up CD. We recommend that you download and save the software on your computer if a future (re) installation is required. Since downloaded products require activation within 30 days, you will need to request a new activation key from IRIS. Please refer to the SUPPORT section of www.irislink.com for specific instructions.
