My Shipment

1. How can I track my order?

North America (US/Canada)
you should receive a tracking number from a leading carrier by email up to 36 hours after placing your order, not counting week-ends and holidays. Orders placed after Noon automatically ship the following day.

The product ships from our US distribuition center. Custom duties taxes may apply for Canada (These taxes are the customer responsibility, see Taxes and Duties)

- If you have not received a tracking number (US/Canada only!), your order is not delivered via download and you placed your order more than 36 hours ago, not counting week-ends and holidays, please contact us.

Rest of the World
Depending on the delivery method, it might be possible to obtain a tracking number.

DHL shipping
orders sent by DHL usually takes between 2 & 5 days to arrive and can be tracked on www.dhl.com .
you should receive a tracking number and invoice from IRIS by email up to 36 hours after placing your order, not counting week-ends and holidays. Orders placed after Noon automatically ship the following day.

Post shipping:
Orders sent by post shipping take between 7 & 21 days to arrive, sometimes longer because of local customs (up to 60 days).
These orders cannot be tracked.

2. When do I receive my invoice?

- Downloaded products:

US/Canada:
You can contact us if you require a copy of the invoice at least 72h after the purchase.

Rest of World:
The invoice will be automatcially sent by email up to 72H after your order.

- Physical products:

US/Canada:
The invoice will be included in the package delivered by the chosen carrier.
You can contact us if you require a copy of the invoice at least 72h after the purchase.

Rest of world:
The invoice will be included in the package delivered by the chosen carrier.
It will also  be automatcially sent by email up to 72H after your order.

3. Where will my product shipped?
Your product will ship to the delivery address mentioned in your order confirmation (PO Box excluded).
Refer to “My order” section if you need to correct your shipping address.

4. Can I ship to a PO Box?
Leading carriers do not accept to ship to a Post Office Boxes (PO Box).
