Since June 2013, the arrival of I.R.I.S. into the Canon Group has allowed both companies to cooperate more closely in developing a range of technology solutions to be able to better serve their customers in the business environment. Canon's bid was a natural move along its strategy of providing customers with end-to-end office solutions that complement its current world-class portfolio, and developing a more consultancy-based sales approach.
