I.R.I.S. ScanChecks

I.R.I.S. ScanChecks is an Automatic Document Reading solution specifically dedicated to the sorting, reading and processing of payment documents: checks, (international checks, travellers checks, eurochèques), French TIPs, coupons, bills of exchange, vouchers, and other documents. The software application is available in 3 alternative applications : TRAVEL 2000, ARC 2000, ATOME 2000. Each of them has been specifically developed for a different kind of paper documents.

The processing of data is distributed on different steps which are customized according to the types of document to be processed. The documents can be sorted, scanned, their images filtered and processed, their data recognized using the OCR (Optical Character Recognition), ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition), OMR (Optical Mark Reading) and BCR (Bar Code Reading) technologies, the data manually captured, and the suite of processes automated.

The application is provided with quality control facilities and the automatic conversion and generation of financial data: coherence checking, currency conversion, calculation of value dates, commissions, generation of accounting references, etc.

I.R.I.S. ScanChecks is provided with a production follow-up module, the Workflow, thanks to which it is possible to accurately manage task sequencing. A module is specifically dedicated to establishing statistical reports: SSP. With the SSP module, you can establish analytical reports on the system’s productivity by workstation, by operator, by client etc. Archiview and e-Archiview are archiving modules of the application.
