Readiris™ 12 is developed in three different versions; the brand‐new Home edition, and the improved Pro and Corporate editions:
Readiris™ 12 Home, newcomer in the Readiris™ family, has been specifically designed for home users. Affordable and easy‐to‐use, this text recognition and document archiving solution allows its users to save a substantial amount of time using the Smart Tasks buttons to scan, recognize, convert and archive all their documents in just a single click.
Readiris™ Pro 12 is a powerful productivity booster for flatbed scanners, “all‐in‐one” devices and digital cameras. It retypes scanned documents and image files and converts PDF files in editable text, maintaining the original layout and offering an unprecedented speed and OCR accuracy. Now that iHQC™ (level 1) is integrated within Readiris™, users are also able to create colored PDF and XPS files up to 200 times smaller than the original image.
Readiris™ 12 Corporate is the perfect solution for professional users and businesses that need to efficiently convert large batches of documents. It supports high‐end scanners, MFPs and digital copiers and generates fully searchable PDF, XPS and PDF/A files. This professional desktop solution is ideal for small businesses that need to supply their Electronic Document Management system with multi‐format archives offering an optimized size and full text search capabilities. Thanks to iHQC™ (all 3 levels), the final colored PDF and XPS files are up to 400 times smaller than the original image.
