- For North American orders: you should receive a tracking number from a leading carrier by email up to 36 hours after placing your order, not counting week-ends and holidays. Orders placed after Noon automatically ship the following day. - If you have not received a tracking number (US/Canada only!), your order is not delivered via download and you placed your order more than 36 hours ago, not counting week-ends and holidays, please contact us.
- For rest of the world: Depending on the delivery method, it might be possible to obtain a tracking number. DHL shipping : orders sent by DHL usually takes between 2 & 5 days to arrive and can be tracked on www.dhl.com . To obtain your tracking number please contact us. Post shipping: Orders sent by post shipping take between 7 & 21 days to arrive, sometimes longer because of local customs (up to 60 days). These orders cannot be tracked.
- Downloaded products: To get an invoice for downloaded product, please contact us minimum 48h after the purchase and provide your order details. - Physical products: The invoice will be included in the package delivered by the chosen carrier. You can contact us if you require a copy of the invoice at least 72h after the purchase.
Leading carriers do not accept to ship to a Post Office Boxes (PO Box).
