Distribution of a dividend

The ordinary Annual General Meeting of May 20th 2008 has decided to pay out a gross dividend of EUR 0.80 for each share issued before December 31 2007. The shareholder compensation covers the shares numbered from 1 to 1,837,207 all of which are traded on the stock exchange.

The dividend is paid out in return for coupon #5.

Financial service

Coupon #5 can be paid out on May 21st 2008.

The share will be traded until may 21st (included) with coupon #5.

Taxation

The taxes are deducted automatically by the organization that pays out the dividend.
There are 1,212,207 shares with reduced taxation ("VVPR strips"); these shares are entitled to a lower tax rate (15% instead of 25%).

Hence, the sum of the net dividend paid is:
EUR 0.60
EUR 0.68 for shares with a "VVPR strip"
