I1: Content structure: a key success factor for the International Organizations.
Together with other crucial activities in our Document/Content Management solution implementations – such as project management, selection and set-up of a reliable, open, modular and flexible architecture or change management activities –, we consider that the definition of content structures adapted to the end user’s ways of working and environment is a key factor in the success of our projects. Content structures range from categorization to classification elements and include the set-up of innovative and structured content indexing and search mechanisms and of adapted policies and rules. Content structures can be combined and assembled in many different ways to form a coherent set of elements that fit to the users’ requirements and processes. The presentation will go into the details of these content structures and of the different ways to combine and adapt them, by explaining some of our concrete experiences, implementation projects and by showing cases in the International Organizations sector.
Speaker: George Laurent, Functional Team Manager, I.R.I.S. Belgium.

I2: From Document to Digital Document: The Digital Flow.
Presentation of a success story: I.R.I.S. solution for the CPAM (Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie).
The dematerialization is in the middle of the "digital revolution". Beyond the dematerialization of information, it also guides organizations in the world of exchange dematerialization. This transition from the "physical" document to the "dematerialized" document, has created the Digital Document. It is the opportunity to show the advanced technology of the I.R.I.S. Group in these fields through the various stages of capture, identification, indexing, filing, circulation and consultation. This presentation will be illustrated by an example : the "DIADEME" solution of the "Caisses Primaires d'Assurance Maladie" in France.
Speaker: Serge Dahan, PDG, I.R.I.S. France.
    Session in French

I3:Invoice capture and electronic approval: a leverage on administrative efficiency and cost control.
While organizations and businesses constantly evolve, companies are ever more faced with the challenge to optimize their processes, while keeping administrative costs down. Looking at the handling of paper supplier invoices in medium-sized and large organizations, an increase in throughput and productivity of up to typically 150% can be expected by optimizing the process. This however requires a good understanding of where the process cost lies in your organization, how different technology can be leveraged to support this process and how to implement a new way of working in your organization. Within the presentation we will illustrate how I.R.I.S. can help you or your customer to achieve this in a pragmatic way, optimizing the complete invoice handling process with an end-to-end approach and solution. Some examples of customer projects we realized together with our partners will help illustrate the underlying steps and efficiency of this approach.
