Modules details

Adminiris
Adminiris is the administration module. It enables the administrator to create, edit, and delete databases, users, groups of users and their access rights (Access Pack module), to index documents in Full Text and Basic Full Text (Indexes module), as well as to establish detailed reports on the operations carried out in the system (Audit Trail module).

Acquiris Batch
Acquiris Batch is an optional administration module. With Acquiris Batch, you can automate the import and export operations by batch from and towards I.R.I.S. DocCenter. All standard formats are supported by the system.

Media Pack
Media Pack is an optional administration module. It provides a series of alternative services and supports for storing and archiving huge volumes of data: Optical Disk Manager, juke-boxes etc.

Acquiris
With Acquiris, the operators are able to scan, import, and index documents in the document database. The index cards are customized according to the project’s specific needs. The operator can carry out searches in the system, view the documents, print them etc. Acquiris is provided with a universal viewer to view texts, images, multimedia files, and to browse through Web pages via Internet Explorer.

Searchiris Web
Searchiris Web offers the possibility to carry out remote searches via the intranet/extranet, by simply using an Internet browser: MS Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

Taskiris
Taskiris organises the whole workflow linked to the acquisition process. Tasks can be defined and distributed among the operators who have been granted specific profiles and competences.

Mailiris
Mailiris allows free workflow among the application’s operators by using the electronic mail system. Various options are available such as notification of incoming mail, requests for validation or information etc.
