- IRISCapture™ Pro 9 for Invoices is a powerful software solution programmed to scan, structure, and sort invoices before performing text recognition and data capture, so they can be imported into any accounting, ERP or workflow package ready to be edited, saving substantial amounts of time and money. IRISCapture™ Pro 9 for Invoices is able to capture any data from any type of invoice. Users can look over the scanned information and make any adjustments. Another major advantage of this application is the high level of compatibility it offers. Connectors have been specifically developed to allow its integration into a wide range of ERP and accounting systems. The package is compatible with all top level professional scanners/printers, such as Fujitsu, Canon, HP, and Kodak.
- IRISCapture™ Pro 9 for Forms is an intelligent software suite that automatically captures, sorts and identifies all types of documents and forms entering a company or organization, irrespective of their size, layout and content. It further extracts the documents’ relevant data using I.R.I.S.’s in‐house recognition technologies: OCR for machine printed information, ICR for hand‐printed data, OMR for marks in check boxes, BCR for barcodes. The recognized data is carefully verified, validated and controlled – automatically and interactively ‐ via a series of operating modules before it can be exported in any standard format. The original paper‐based data is quickly and safely converted into digital information that can be directly used in any other content management application. IRISCapture™ Pro for Forms reduces data entry costs by up to 90 % and more, depending on the type of data to be read. It offers a highly scalable processing capacity, allowing the reading of several hundred thousand documents per day.
- IRISCapture™ Pro 9 Sort & Index is I.R.I.S.’ solution for the automatic identification, sorting and indexing of paper and electronic documents. This solution automatically extracts information from single or multi‐page documents, coming from different sources, and in different languages. IRISCapture™ Pro 9 Sort & Index processes color and/or black and white documents, and is fully “dual stream” compliant. With IRISCapture™ Pro 9 Sort & Index, there is no need for a definition stage: neither design, nor learning of the OCR engine. Just import your documents, or scan them with IRISPowerscan™ 9, and it identifies what kind of document it is and the key information you need. For all your documents, field tips can be given to the software via the Recognition Assistant.
