iDRS is a powerful recognition SDK offering the developer a complete and flexible set of recognition and image preprocessing capabilities. Its simple and complete C++ interface will help you to easily integrate one or more of the latest I.R.I.S. technologies.
Adding unmatched image preprocessing capabilities and the possibility to export the recognized data to various file formats (PDF, PDF/A, XML, HTML, RTF, TXT and many more) makes the iDRS toolkits one of the most complete recognition SDK's of the world.

- PDF/A format : the PDF standard for the long-term archiving of electronic documents. iDRS provides PDF/A-1b compliance allowing you to generate PDF files for persistent storage.
- Possibility to create iHQC™ compressed PDF or PDF/A output. iHQC™ is a hyper compression technology developed by IRIS and provides a much higher compression rate than the best available TIFF G4 compression for black and white images. However, iHQC™ obtains these high compression results for color images and without conceding to quality !
