- I bought a Physical product from IRIS, how do I return or exchange it?

- In order to return or exchange a physical product, you need to receive a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #). An RMA # is mandatory to get an exchange or a refund. The RMA number allows IRIS to register and process your request as quickly as possible. You need to be within 30 days of purchase to be granted an RMA or within 2 years of purchase for an exchange of a defective product.

- I bought a Download version from IRIS, how do I return it?

- In order to return a downloaded product, you need to receive a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #) and fill a Letter of Destruction. An RMA # is mandatory to get a refund. The RMA number allows IRIS to register and process your request as quickly as possible.
- If you are within 30 days of your purchase, contact us to receive your RMA # and Letter of Destruction.
