The first year of annual maintenance and support* is included with the purchase of your I.R.I.S Professional Product, giving you:
- Free access to the I.R.I.S. Support Center
- Free access to a dedicated Maintenance website (software updates**)
- Patches and bug fixing for 1 year *

Does not include : OnSite Support / Specific Customization / Software Upgrade** / Support for deprecated versions
**Software Upgrade
A software upgrade provides significant new features or functionalities as compared to the previous version. Version is identified by the whole number. e.g. from 9.0 to 10.0
**Software Update
A software update, also known as “patch”, provides fixes and/or Minor software enhancements within the same Major Version. Version is identified by the decimal. e.g. from 9.0 to 9.1

The I.R.I.S. Support Center is now the online ticket (bugs, questions, improvements, new features...) submission and tracking method available 24x7 for all customers who have a Maintenance Agreement for their product. The I.R.I.S. Support Center allows eligible contacts to enter new support tickets for the products they purchased, receive responses to their existing support tickets, and review their existing support ticket history online.
